The purpose of these audio files – the voice of Victor Sanchez – is to support the practice of recapitulation through the evocative power of music and the expert guidance of the world's leading authority in the process of recapitulation.

This package includes an information document and instructions and two mp3 audio files.

The first audio file includes a music track that can help increase the level of concentration and focus on the next steps of the technique recap, addition to verbal instructions to guide you step by step the practitioner.

The second audio file contains the same music track, but instead of continuous instructions along the whole segment of recapitulation, contains only momentary indication to signal when to proceed to the next step of the technique.

One possible sequence is to use the audio tour recap for the initial stage of practice and then, when the practitioner has acquired enough familiarity and memorized the steps of the technique- could begin to use music with momentary reminders.

In a next step will be dispensed with both and follow the steps without external support art that by that time will have become second nature to run during the wrap-up session.
